
I Am Festival 2023 – Accessible Activism
A panel discussion exploring how the cultural sector can make activism more accessible for Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent young people.
In this panel discussion, speakers from the education, cultural and disability arts sectors will discuss how the cultural sector can make activism more open, accessible and inclusive to Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent young people.
Confirmed speakers include Jodi-Alissa Bickerton, Creative Learning Director at Graeae Theatre, alongside one of their Young Associates.
Miss Jacqui will also be a panellist. Miss Jacqui is a Poet and Songwriter who has spent over 15+ years creating, performing, and advocating for change in different industries.
This event is for anyone working in the cultural sector who is interested in making their activism work more accessible.
